  • How long does shipping take?
    Please refer to our shipping and return policy for estimated delivery time. Our production company is based in Canada.
  • If I placed an order over a week ago, but haven't received my package yet, where is it?
    All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address you provided, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly for information in relation to your delivery. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If the package is lost on its way to your address, please contact us for refund or we can reorder the item for you, we apologize in advance for your experience and thank you for your patience. We are here to help and provide everyone the best shopping experience and hope to see you again.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible. For this reason, if you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We are unable to change or edit an order more than 3 hours after it has been placed. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
